Please allow between 24 to 48 hours for all requested updates to be applied to your account and profile. For payment concerns please contact your home manager directly via phone or email for immediate assistance.

For each household, there can only be one profile holder that holders name to match the name on the bank card used to charge for services. Customers may not have access to updating their names and any other information that relates to the identity of the primary account holder. This protects both sides from any possible fraudulent activity.  The primary account will be allowed to add one secondary account holder to handle the account on their behalf. 

However, the primary account holder must approve all activities on the account.

All basic personal information is seen only by you, your manager, and our technicians. Your information is not public and is secured within our database. Your first name and last name can not be changed once submitted. You are not allowed at any time for any reason to provide an alias. All information provided must be honest to secure our records. All requests for contact updates must be submitted through the portal or by contacting your manager directly.

As a loyal customer with us you will receive exclusive deals, discounts, and offers. You have so many ways to earn and save from loyalty points to referal points and free add ons. Many times we will just give away free points just because your so awesome. 

These points accumulate over time without you lifting a finger .The longer you stay loyal the more points you earn. Each customer receives 2 points per month

Referrals re self-explanatory,when you refer a friends and or  family you will receive 10 points added to your loyalty points which vcan be used towards a discount for your service or a free add on service.
