WHAT ARE ADD-ONS?


Add Ons are additional services offered as an attachment to a basic service. These include Dish Washing, Interior oven, Interior Refrigerator, Interior Cabinets, Interior Windows, Interior Washer / Dryer, and many others. To view our entire add on list click here




WHAT ELSE IS CONSIDERED AN ADD ON?


Larger add ons are add ons that are closer to being recognized as an additional service. These add ons may take the same amount of time it takes to complete one home cleaning. Based on the time needed these add ons will turn into a separate service. For example, carpet cleaning can be considered an add on if the time it takes to clean is less than 4 hours. If the carpet cleaning takes longer it is then considered a separate service. Once it is considered a separate service the policy says we may choose to split the time into two service days. Find this in our policy Larger services may include Carpet Cleaning ,Exterior Window Cleaning ,Laundry , and Odor Removal.




HOW MUCH ARE ADD ONS ?


Our add ons start at $40 and go as high as $500 or more . To find out more about our add on prices click here




DOES IT COST MORE TO CLEAN MY BASEBOARDS ?


We do not charge you for baseboards under 2​00 square feet .After ever 200 square foot we charge $50 each 200 . For more detailed information click here.




HOW DOES LUSSO CLEAN CHARGE FOR WINDOW CLEANING?


The base price for windows is $15 for the interior alone and $17 for the exterior alone. The cost for both interior and exterior window together is $18.00 Every 4th foot is an additional $10 both ways ( height and width ). Screen cleaning with windows are an additional $5 each window.




CAN I GET MY SCREENS CLEANED ALONE?


Yes, screens cleaning without windows will cost you $10.00 each without window cleaning.




DOES LUSSO USE ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?


Yes, 90% of our products are green products, or if not they are environment-friendly. We balance a good amount of our fairly concentrated chemicals with water to reduce the number of chemicals being exposed at once.




CAN THE CLEANER USE MY PRODUCTS?


Yes, you may provide the cleaner with whatever product that you feel is best to perform with. We encourage our customers to allow us to clean their property the way they feel most comfortable.




DOES THE CLEANER COME WITH THEIR OWN PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?


Yes, each cleaner provides their own products and are open to using products that belong to the customer as well if it is most comfortable.




DOES THE CLEANER TAKE THEIR PRODUCTS ONCE THE JOB IS FINISHED?


Yes, each cleaner or housekeeper takes their equipment and supplies unless the job requires the opposite.




ARE THE MOPS AND TOWELS PREVIOUSLY USED?


The majority of our products are reusable meaning (can be washed and or sanitized). We do not use the same mops, sponges, brushes, or any other product that can spread germs from property to property. All of our clients receive their own set of clean mops to reduce the spread of germs.




WHY NO VACUUM CLEANERS ?


We do not use vacuums for homes being live in. This is to reduce the spread of bed bugs that are known to get caught inside vacuums. Therefore all of our vacuums are used to clean move in and move out homes.




CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ?


Yes you may cancel at any time , however you will forfeit your deposit. This charge can not be refunded however if you decide to reschedule we will hold the funds and apply it to the new service day.




HOW DOES PRICING WORK?


Our prices are calculated by the number of bedrooms and baths also by the condition of your home.




WHAT IF THE CLEANER MISSED A SPOT?


If the cleaner missed a small area or areas in your home such as trash bin or dusting baseboards for example please provide evidence and as a part of the lusso promise we will send you a partial refund no questions asked. If the cleaner missed a larger part of the job such as an add on service, for example, interior oven or window please make your claim by calling us directly for faster results. Please do not wait longer than 2 days to sumbit a claim. If photos arent taken within 2 days we can not properly resolve the issue.Photos taken outside of the service day are not protected by our policies. For more information please see our policy on Refunds and also the Lus so Promise. Under the lusso promise you may allow the cleaner to return to fix the issue , receive a parial refund or both.




WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER?​


If you are a loyal customer you may request to switch a team member or reduced the number of cleaners in your home. However, if you are not a loyal monthly customer you will not have the same person every time you book.




WHAT IF I ONLY WANT ONE ROOM CLEANED, HOW MUCH WILL THE JOB COST?


We have a base price of $90.00 for basic one-time cleaning and we charge on top of that price in case of any add ons.




HOW SAFE IS MY ONLINE PAYMENT?


Your online payments are secure. No matter what type of customer you are one time or loyal. If you are joining as a monthly loyal customer your payments will be processed through Stripe. If you are a one time customer your payment gets processed through square online payments. We collect payments via all secure checkout process systems and trusted credit card companies. Customers may choose to purchase through PayPal as well if this is a much comfortable option.

CAN I LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CLEANER?​


If you are a loyal customer your notes will be saved in our records and can be viewed on your profile. However, if you are not a loyal customer you will have a chance to send any special request inside of our booking system.




HOW MUCH WILL MY FINAL COST BE?



What we cant see we cant quote even if you try to explain your situation over the phone or during your booking. The beginning quote may change depending on the condition of your home. Additional charges may apply because of clutter and overwhelming dirt, pet hair, or dust. These are all reasons because they add more time to clean your space.




WHAT'S CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY CALL?


An emergency call is a call made by a customer who needs a last-minute cleaning. A last-minute cleaning is needed either the same day of the call or for the next day.




WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY CLEANING FEE?


We charge $60 for last-minute same-day cleanings and $80 for calls after 7 PM for the same day or the next day. We do not take deep cleaning next day calls after 7 PM.




RESCHEDULING


Customers may reschedule at any time for any reason. In case of emergency if the customer reschedules on the day the appointment after being charged the charge will go towards the new appointment. There will be no additional fees added.




STOP PAYMENTS


For all recurring loyal customers your card will be charged automatically on a recurring schedule based on the day you started and your cleaning schedule. To stop payments or pause your service please call us directly to avoid any unwanted charges or services on your account. Please be sure that the primary account holder is the same name on the card. For security purposes, there may only be one name and one card per household. If you have any concerns or question please contact us directly
