HOT YOGA

I was a student years ago in a hot yoga class and recently I thought about revisiting the class. However , covid has put a pause on my plans. For this reason I've googled how to turn up the heat at home.




Benefits of Hot Yoga

  2. The more you sweat ,the more you detoxify cleaning your body inside and out.Sweat is the fastest way to release toxins from the largest organ of the body which is your skin.

  3. Improves lower body strength and range of motion for both the upper and lower body,

  4. May improve arterial stiffness and metabolic measures like glucose tolerance and cholesterol levels, as well as bone density and perceived stress.


Benefits for the mind

  1. Lowers mental stress allows you to remove negative thoughts and invite positive ones.

  2. Ease depression


Heres how to turn up the heat in your home and receive the same experience at home while staying safe .


Spring/Summer Seasons Day light 70 degrees and above using natural temptures

  1. chose a small room that can control and hold heat heat fast .

  2. place a towel at the bottom of the door to lock in heat

  3. close all window curtains to block out the sun if neccesassy. You may use the sun light if you chose however this can be both a distraction and too much heat from the sun rays.

Fall/Winter Seasons Day light Below 60 using a heating system or machine
