Why do you charge $100.00 just to come to clean one room?
We charge a base price of $100.00 to cover travel costs, labor, and products. The additional charges are added for the cost of time per room or add on.
How many cleaners will come to clean?
The amount of people who come to clean depends on the job, the cost of the job, and how much work needs to be done. We will not send more cleaners than needed.

Lusso Cleans Cleaning Sequence
Setting the bathrooms
Walk around and set all bathrooms with bathrooms cleaning spray
Spray only the inside of the shower walls and floors, inside sink
bowl and inside toilet bowl, then leave allowing chemicals to sit.
Dust all high walls, baseboards, top of the refrigerator, top of
microwave, all shelves, all window sills, window frames top and
bottom, blinds and light fixtures including dressers, all types of
tables, table lamps, and other lamps etc.
Wiping down surfaces
Spray multipurpose cleaner into towel and keep this towel as your
wet towel keeps a dry towel to dry as you go. (Never leave a
surface wet especially wood)
Start wiping down all surface areas being careful of any items
on top of them, move items carefully by picking the up and
placing them on the floor until surface is cleaned. Return
items back to original place. (If area is too cluttered do
not attempt to move items but make note by taking a
photo and send to immediate supervisor.)
Cleaning the Kitchen
Start cleaning kitchen with the same wet towel starting with wiping
down all countertops and surface areas.
Wipe down all outside cabinet doors, refrigerator door, dishwasher
door, and all other appliance doors. Do not clean
inside of anything other than microwave.
Clean the inside of the microwave, carefully place the glass tray
inside the sink to clean.
Dry the glass tray and microwave walls with dry towel before
placing the tray back inside the microwave.
Cleaning the Bathrooms
Return to the restrooms and start with cleaning shower walls
using a hard brush, removing all soap, rust, and mold build up
in between tile lines etc. Clean shower bowl and shower floor
next, scrub until completely clean.
Spray Windex and scrub glass with hard brush Apply Ajax inside
hard brush and scrub all hard water stains. Scrub the bottom
of the glass door
Scrub between all tile lines, scrub dark marble with hard brush in
a circular motion covering the entire shower floor and walls.
Cleaning the Sink and Toilet
Start cleaning the sink beginning with the mirror allowing any
fallen Windex to be cleaned up, next clean the surface and
then the bowl. Clean the toilet last including the wall and
baseboard behind the toilet as well as the side of the sink
cabinet beside the toilet for urine splashes.
Using the polish solution, polish all wood furniture, picture
frames, silver and stainless-steel including wood tables, kitchen
and restroom cabinets, refrigerator door, dish washer, microwave,
Cleaning the floors
Sweep all floors that are without carpet
Vacuum all carpet floors
Mop all floors that are without carpet starting with the kitchen floor,
all other rooms, and all restrooms last.
Freshen and Exit
Spray air freshener at the front door of the front door only. Do not spray if
there is a new born or a sick person.
Go over all work and complete your inspection
