HIGH END MAID TRAINING
All new maids and promoted house keepers must take their high-end maid training course every three years beginning the first month of employment. These courses are designed to keep you refreshed and recharged.

Your Performance Commitment
After two last minute call outs you can longer work with this company again. We take last minute call outs very serious and if you do it once your most likely to do it again. We hold a strict policy on this to make sure our customers are provided the service they deserve with out waiting for back up. Do no apply if you are unreliable or have a busy and unpredictable schedule.
After one poor google review from a customer that was proven to be caused by neglect or failure to perform as promised you may no longer work with us again neither be reconsidered.
Identification and Headshot
Your photo will be used to identify you when arriving at the customers property . They will know who is coming and who to look forward to . You are never to invite anyone on a job with you . If this happens you will e immediately terminated without pay.

What is a 1099 Independent Contractor?
Just like driving for Uber you are not our employee , you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance . We do not provide the following benefits;

We are not allowed to tell you when or how long to work , your are not paid hourly . You set your own schedule and decide when you work and leave. According to our agreement you will agree to complete all jobs before payment . However we do not set your hours.
