The service was great. She kept me posted on when I could expect her to arrive. She didn't just ignore cluttered areas but worked around (and under) the clutter. (It wasn't the kind of clutter she could help me eliminate. It was stuff I needed to sort through.) She mopped, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, etc., and everything looks great. She had a pleasant demeanor, and I would enjoy having her help me again sometime.

We are not afraid of our poor reviews, therefore we do not hide them, we attack them and learn from our mistakes. Many customers may receive the wrong impression or simply write a review on something they may have made a mistake on. There is never a case where these issues can not be resolved unless the customer refuses to allow us to fix the issue. We are a loving and reasonable company and respect your investment, we are not perfect but work very hard to represent our professional image. Take a look at some of these reviews and our responses after an honest investigation of each problem we reach out to both the customer and the cleaner to understand and resolve the issue. We provide free cleaning if the cleaner did, however, make the mistake. we do not punish the cleaner for a mistake but simply retrain them. We provide the customer with a different cleaner to fix the job with provide photo evidence of areas that were missed.

Pros: 1. The cleaning technician worked EFFICIENTLY and used her time really well. 2. The technician arrived on time (15 mins early to the appointment, but that was ok) Cons: 1. I was grossed out that the same mop used for the bathroom was used to clean the rest of the house. 2. I was grossed out too that the same towel the technician used to wipe bathroom counters was used to wipe kitchen counters 3. I live in a small apartment and the technician brought a huge vacuum cleaner that couldn't reach to all corners of my very small space. 4. I paid for one bedroom, a kitchen and one bathroom cleaning. I didn't want them to clean the bedroom once I saw the vacuum and mopping that was used and asked them to do the floor of my balcony instead, which is a very small balcony, but the technician said it was out of the scope 5. OVERPOWERING sent of detergent used to mop the floor and clean the bathroom, the smell was so strong so I would recommend giving them your own products instead. 6. I had to sanitize the counters and all floors 7. Bathtub wall was not scrubbed well. Really disappointed with that. I strongly recommend using your cleaning equipment if you use them. Hygiene-wise they need better commonsense
Hello, customer first we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion on our part. After investigating your service we found out that there were indeed two separate towels used. All of our training was properly followed by the cleaner using one wet towel and one dry towel. Our cleaners use dark blue for kitchens and light blue for restrooms , yellow for all other surfaces. All cleaners are provided a dirty towel bag and both blue towels were found and used separately. The mops were used for all floors as you were concerned, you were correct, however, your floors were cleaned in the sequence of our training which is restroom floors are cleaned last after every other floor. All cleaners are provided one mop pad per house and are trained to prevent the spreading of germs. We are happy to provide you with the evidence as well as a free add on service for the confusion.
DAY TIME INSPECTORS RESPONSE
Paid for a "deep clean" (up to 9 hr) for a 5 br home. Technician arrived alone, and only spent 3 hr in home. Multiple spots missed, entire family room was skipped, stairs were not vacuumed, dirt picked up from mopping was pushed into a corner in the bathroom. This represents a 2.5-3 hr cleaning job, which is 1/3 of what we paid for.
Hello, customer first we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion on our part. After investigating your service we found out that your two dogs were roaming the home during the cleaning. This became an issue after the cleaner asked you to put the dog away the dog continued to leave back out the room. Our policy is that all pets are to be in a cage or with you while our team is in your home. This was the reason the cleaner lost focus and missed those areas, However, we are not putting the blame on you, nor making any excuse for our team. The cleaner was aware that the job can be put on paused in this situation to resolve the issue during the cleaning. Your second concern regarding not receiving 9 hours of cleaning is an issue we take full responsibility for. The window provided by our partners at the time was not a realistic time frame. It does not take 9 hours to clean a home of your size unless you have a few add on services taking place all in the same day. The maximum time needed to clean generally is 3-4 hours and any additional time is accumulated from add on services such as odor removal , wall cleaning, window cleaning, interior appliances, etc. Providing you with a 9-hour window is simply a huge fail and this should've not been provided to you.
