Institutional and Commercial Facilities applies to office buildings, retail stores, hotels, and other similar facilities.

INSPECTIONS 

All dedicated supervisors have an assigned post to monitor and report. After each conformed cleaning that supervisor is responsible for completing an inspection. The inspection is performed as a reflection of their training and is to be carried out carefully not over looking any area of work.

Inspection Training 

Inspections are to be carried out by the supervisor only. Workers that are not supervisors should not conduct their own inspections.

 

 

Guidelines

Check your head count at the beginignof your shift. This will allow you to know how many workers are under you on that specific day. Collect all checklist after each workers shift . Use their check list
